First time there and they all seem to be super nice.. I love when the staff are all smiling and pleasant! Update: Cole, the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth this afternoon was just as nice as the rest of the staff. He did a great job and seemed to care about my comfort. Great overall experience today!

Very positive impression. Nice office. Professional equipment. Reviewed my X-rays with the dentist. Cool X-rays with colored shading showing what dentist explained. Reviewed needs and insurance and costs with them. This is the place I will return. Thanks

Quality work , quality office , quality staff and quality materials used! Dr Keena Brittingham, all her dental assistants are the best I can’t say enough good things about them. They provide exceptional care before, during and after. Very Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable in their care and patient focused. I had some extreme tooth pain and this specific location had immediate availability. The reception staff and the X-ray tech were wonderful. If that was all I had needed this would be a five star review. Then I met the dentist. She wasn't exactly rude but not exactly friendly either. After reviewing my X-rays I was told I needed a molar extracted. I asked to have that explained on the X-ray because all my teeth looked the same. She pointed vaguely at the molar in question and just said it needed to come out. Thankfully I needed a round of antibiotics first to treat an abscess that formed at the base of the tooth. Guess what, that's all the issue was. After the round of antibiotics was complete the pain was gone, the redness was gone and things are great. Thank God I didn't listen to her "advice" since not only would I be missing a perfectly good tooth, they weren't in my insurance network so it would have cost a ton more. Also, an implant that they would have loved to sell me seemed expensive but that's opinion since I haven't had a full implant done before. Bottom line, get a second opinion before having a tooth pulled. They might just be doing it to make some extra dough.

I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the kindness, understanding, respect and professionalism that I experienced at Aspen. I was in such a predicament having to have my disabled father's dentures repaired. Not only were they willing to fix them on site, but they were done by the next morning! The dentures were repaired perfectly, having fixed an almost complete split down the upper denture. Fair price, quick service, friendly staff....... you can't ask for better than that. Highly recommended. Thank you to the entire Aspen team!
